I plan and build websites, help businesses understand their marketing, and deliver agreed improvements across the site and the channels around it.
Arlieo is based in Congleton, Cheshire, and I work with businesses across the UK.
Experience inside businesses that sell physical products
My background includes manufacturers, own-brand suppliers and businesses selling through distributors or directly online. In those settings, a marketing decision has to make sense alongside the product range, margins and how the customer buys.
That experience shapes the work I do: understand the business, check what the numbers can support, and identify the gaps worth addressing.
From understanding the problem to doing the work
I enjoy finding out what is happening and turning that understanding into a useful plan. I also enjoy building the website, improving the customer journey and putting the agreed work into practice.
Depending on the brief, that can mean a marketing review, a WordPress or Shopify project, tracking work, email, SEO or paid search support.
Relevant experience, without a narrow entry requirement
Manufacturing, distribution and ecommerce are where much of my experience sits. My website work also includes a milkshake vending business and a local church. What matters is a clear need, an appropriate scope and a good working fit.
