Content responsibilities are agreed at the start
You supply the product information, including descriptions, specifications, prices and product imagery. I handle the agreed business-page copy, collection setup and navigation.
If you need help adding products to the store, that can be included as separately scoped work. The quote will set out the catalogue size, what needs preparing and who is responsible for each part.
A quote based on your store
Shopify projects are quoted individually. A new store with a small, prepared catalogue is a different job from a redesign with existing apps, a large product range or specific buying requirements.
Send the store address if you have one, a rough idea of the range, and the main things you want to change. I’ll use that to work out the right scope with you.
Questions about Shopify work
Can you work with an existing store?
Yes. Redesigns, upgrades and customer-journey improvements are part of the service. The current theme, apps and catalogue are considered before agreeing the work.
Do you write the product information?
Product information comes from you. I can help populate the store when needed, with that work agreed in the quote.
Are Shopify, themes and apps included in the project fee?
Your platform and paid-service accounts are yours, with ongoing costs paid directly. Any proposed paid theme or app is identified when the project is scoped.
Can you help with marketing afterwards?
Yes. Analytics, email, SEO and paid search can be discussed as separately scoped support. Explore marketing support.
